IGNOU RC Delhi 1 was established in the year 1989. It was named as ‘Delhi Regional Centre’ than. But after the establishment of another Regional Centre in Delhi i.e IGNOU RC Delhi 2 and bifurcation of jurisdictional area in 1998, the Regional Centre Delhi was renamed as ‘IGNOU Regional Center Delhi 1’. The jurisdictional area of IGNOU Delhi-1 RC was further divided after the establishment of yet another Regional Centre i.e IGNOU RC Delhi 3 in 2008.

Admission Procedure in IGNOU RC Delhi 1 (Mohan Estate) Regional Center
If you are a resident of South Delhi or nearby regions and you want to enrol in an any of the Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate program of IGNOU and you’re wondering how to get enrolled here is information.
Admission to IGNOU takes places through a single platform for any student residing anywhere in India on the official website. Students will have to create their accounts and through the process have to apply to their interested course and fill the regional centre that is closest to them.
If you are enrolled in a 3-year course and you want to change your address you can do this by sending a form to the Delhi 1 (Mohan Estate) Regional Center. You will have to change your address if you change your location to a different city in a different centre in Delhi or a different state altogether.
