Finally IGNOU has released Hall ticket of Term End Exam of June 2020. But after release of Admit Card many students are confused about rules and regulation related to Exams and Precautions related to Covid-19. Each and every student need to follow the social distancing norms and advisory released by Health ministry of INDIA. You need to carry a 50 ml Hand Sanitizer Bottle with you. You also need to put mask on your face during Examination. Students are advised to sanitize their hands during exams at regular interval.

If your admit card is not showing your pic than don’t worry. You need to paste a colour passport size photograph on the printed hall ticket in space provided for picture.

No, you can’t carry your mobile phone inside examination hall in any case. You need to submit your phone before entering. There might not be the facility to keep your phone at some examination centre.

You will be permitted to appear in the December 2020 Term-End Examination of the University. The Examination Fee submitted by the student towards the June 2020 TEE will be adjusted for the December 2020 TEE. i.e you don’t need to pay exam fees again.

Examination timings are as follows:
Morning session (10:00 am to 1:00 pm)
Afternoon session (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

No, You need to strictly follow your current medium of instruction. But in some case the students have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same in English medium.

As due to covid-19 precaution, there are many procedures and social distancing to be followed at examination center. So, try to reach before 1 hour at least before the examination time.

  1. I have back 2 paper in MEG-04, MEG-02 on examination session December 2019.
    Then i filled examination form for attend june 2020.
    Now i tried so many times to download hall ticket. But continues show “ENROLLMENT NOT FOUND”.
    SO PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

  2. Due to covid or any other reason if someone appears only in 1 or 2 paper, is the fee of the left papers adjusted in December 2020?
