Fee to be paid for request of change in name in final certificate
If there is a minor mistake in name, father’s name or other details from University than students don’t need to pay any fees. How to change Surname after marriage in IGNOU name/address in Grade Card
- Download the Application Form and take a Print out from the link given below.
- Fill the Application Form as prescribed from blue or black ball point pen.
- If Fees is applicable (as per chart mentioned above) to be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of ÏGNOU” & payable at New Delhi.
- The Duly filled application form with requisite fees and Documents needs to be sent to Registrar, SED, IGNOU Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110068
