Positions:- Academic Counselor

Nature of Employment:- Full Time

Number of Vacancies:- 60

Experience:– 0.5 to 3 Years

Age:- Up to 30 Years

Posting Location:- Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Academic Qualification:- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

1. After your joining, you have to go through an intensive training program where you will be taught counselling skills, and out internal technical systems.
2. You would then be assigned to teams, with a person to help you get answers to your routine, day to day questions.
3. Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the phone with basis the knowledge and training imparted to you at time of on boarding.
4. The counselling will lead to forms filling for admission, and ultimately to admission in our partner colleges as per your assigned targets.
5. You will also have directly access to the colleges as and when required and help in admission conversion process.
6. You would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls attended and walk in’s attended (if any).
