Steps to Apply for Revaluation in IGNOU
The process to apply for revaluation in IGNOU is clear. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
- First, visit the official website of IGNOU.
- Navigate to the “Register Online” menu and click on “Re-Evaluation.”
Step 2: Declaration
- Tick the box “Declaration.”
- Click on “I Agree and Proceed.”
Step 3: Select Term End Examination (TEE)
- Select your TEE from the options provided (e.g., TEE December 2023).
Step 4: Login
- Log in using your enrollment number and program code.

After successfully logging in follow these steps-
Step 1: fill in your email ID, mobile number, and exam centre code.
Step 2: Select the course for which you want to apply for revaluation or a copy of the answer script.
Step 3: Click the “ADD REQUEST” button to add your course details. The “Save” button will then become visible.
Step 4 & 5: Upload a scanned copy of your IGNOU ID card & Click the “Save” button to generate the payment link.
Step 6: A payment link will be generated. Click on make payment.
Revaluation Fees 2024
- The revaluation fee of any course for the IGNOU June/December TEE 2024 is Rs. 750/- per subject
- Students can pay the application fee by online mode by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI.
Instructions to Fill the Application Form Online
- Download General Instructions: Click here to download the general instructions and go through carefully.
- Eligibility: After uploading the TEE results on IGNOU’s official website, you can apply online for revaluation and obtain a scanned copy of the answer script.
- Scanned Copy/Photocopy: Students will be provided with a scanned copy of their answer script through the email ID provided in the online form, or the photocopy of the answer script will be dispatched through post.
- Re-evaluation Scope: Revaluation is only allowed in the Term End Examination (TEE); no projects/dissertations, practicals/lab courses, workshops, assignments, or seminars are permitted.
